Sembra che manchino le librerie di sviluppo di open-ldap .... hai 2 scelte

a) installi i pacchetti .deb precompilati e non usi pip (almeno per ldap)
b) installi le librerie di sviluppo

Ok Mi ha installato queste librerie..ho fatto il resto dei passaggi..
quando faccio
sudo /etc/init.d/odoo-server start mi risponde: Starting odoo-server: ok
però quando do questo comando
sudo tail -f /var/log/odoo/odoo-server.log il terminale non rimane fermo senza far niente..

Al di la del fatto che nel log non c'e' nulla

Se ti colleghi via http alla macchina http://localhost:8069 (o l'ip o il nome macchina) risponde?

il processo odoo e' attivo

ps aux | grep odoo (sostituisci con il nome dell'utente che avvia odoo) cosa ti dice?

cosi' senza nessuna altra informazione e' difficile darti delle dritte

no se mi collego via http alla macchina http://localhost:8069 la pagine non risponde..
con ps aux / grep odoo (l'utente è odoo) mi dice
gianmar+ 2359 0.0 0.3 15972 2148 pts/12 S+ 14:23 0:00 grep --color=auto odoo

invece di lanciare il servizio, lancia odoo a mano da terminale
