probabilmente conviene che ci fai vedere tutto il traceback dell'avvio di openerp.
incollalo su pastebin o posti simili.

parrebbe che tu non abbia passato --addons-path

Allora. Io faccio partire openerp dal debug con questo comenado: ${workspace_loc:Openerp7.0/openerp-server}
Lì effettivamente non chiamo nessun aadon-path. Comunque non l'ho mai fatto....com'è possibile che prima andasse ed ora no?
Non è che carica un qualche file di configurazione di default? (Almeno mi pareva...)
Ho un "openerp-serve.conf" con questo contenuto:

Ho provato ad aggiungere questa riga al tab degli argomenti in eclipse:

Il path lo carica correttamente, comunque, in qualunque caso...

mi pare non dia più gli errori di prima, quelli relativi ai moduli mancanti.

i moduli web li hai linkati negli addons standard?
altrimenti al path devi aggiungere anche la cartella addons che si trova nella cartella web

Per quanto riguarda gli addons, ho linkato tutto nella cartella standard.
