I am installing an odoo pos at my son's school cafeteria. In doing so, a question arose about invoicing. It might be necessary to make invoices directly to the bar because maybe there are pupils' fathers or maybe for parties it needs to be done.

The question is but can I install the pos and not register the invoice with odoo but with the accountant? today he has no management system and we are helping him by using odoo online at the moment so we have no way of editing files but only from the interface. But since he doesn't understand anything about it, he told me if he could not create the invoices himself but have the accountant do it like now.

Do you think this is possible?
