Management System - Survey

This module enables you to manage your customer satisfaction surveys and their answers.

Configuration

To configure this module, you need to:

  1. Go to Management System > Configuration > Surveys
  2. Click on Create to create your customer satisfaction survey
  3. Add pages and questions

Usage

To use this module, you need to:

  1. Publish the survey on the web (using the website module) or
  2. Print the survey and send it by email or
  3. Call your customer and go through the list of questions over the phone
